The biggest risk is not taking any risk....

"Take Calculated risks, that is quite different from being rash"

... and it  all starts with the right toolbox

Imagine embarking on the " America's cup" Sailing race. There would be solid value in having in place a navigation dashboard composed of triggers and alerts for risks nearing tolerance limits such as adverse weather, machinery breakdown and those planned, resulting in mitigation  strategies enabling to be agile and stay ahead of the curve.

We believe in embedding consistent Management Frameworkswhich are lead by"The Top" with the Board defining and permeating a Risk Appetite framework throughout the organisation combined with a "bottom up" incidents/events  driven approach.

Risk incidents and Events are captured in order to inform a Risk and Control Assessment Process(RCSA). The output of the Risk Assessment allows to derive the Key Risks faced by an Organisation which then can be monitored through Key Risks Indicators informing potential Risk Appetite breaches.
